Terms & Conditions

All arrangements for the supply of goods hereinafter referred to be a "contract of sale" is considered to be undertaken in acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

QUOTATION AND PRICES:

a) ALL QUOTATIONS ARE GIVEN FREE . ALL THE PRICES ARE QUOTED FOB IN US DOLLARS.

b) The supplier reserves the right to periodically revise the prices. Each new price quotation automaticaly supersedes previous quotations and orders placed after publication will be charged in accordance with the new prices.

c) The placing of an order becomes a contract of sales when either a written confirmation or an invoice for the order is dispatched by the supplier to the purchaser.

DELIVERY:

a) Delivery is deemed to take place as from the supplier's store.

b) All goods prices are inclusive of packing and phytosanitary certificate.

c) Orders will be sent by airfreight on a CIF basis to an international airport to be advised by the purchaser.

d) When placing an order the purchaser must state his name and address, name of airport, state and country where the goods are to be delivered.

e) Goods are exported by airfreight.

f) Goods are also exported by express courrier DHL.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS:

Once seeds are handed over to the method of carriage requested, responsibility and ownership passes to the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to request adequate insurance coverage to our nusery losses or damages to the seeds during the transport.

Our nursery is not responsible and liable for losses or damages to the seeds done by the shipping carrier. All complaints must be done to the carrier at delivery in case of apparent or concealed damage.

It is the responsibility of the client to inspect the package upon arrival and file a claim with the carrier if damaged is found. The insurance of the carrier will handle all claims. We do not control the carrier's operation and embarkement and are not liable for losses or damages made by the carrier or its employees.

Your order is important to us. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the date orders are received and confirmed.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS:

For all returns, you must first of all contact us to get a : Return of Merchandise account. We shall refund cost of seeds only. Shipping cost will not be refundable. After 7 days followed the reception of goods by the client, we can not accept any returns or provide refund being that our goods may be affected by local climate ( in such conditions as cyclone, snow, cold ..) handling of the goods from the carrier to the final customer, we do not have any control over them.

Complaint concerning faulty consignment, discrepencies in weight or number of goods must be lodged with our company within 7 days after receipt of the goods and in writing.

When the periods allowed for complaints as laid down in this article is not observed then the supplier is no longer liable for the goods supplier.

Payment must be made in advance or in the case of approved and accepted account.

SHIPPING, PACKAGING AND HANDLING COST:

The client will be responsible to select the proper shipping method. We provide the best rates for shipment by air, as our national airlines Air Mauritius serve wide range of destination, as well as British Airways, Air France, South African Airlines, Emirates Airlines.
